We checked every price and feature in this table against the vendor's own website in November 2026. Two vendors, Apollo.io and Artisan, don't publish their prices on their pricing pages, so we used third-party pricing trackers for them. Please treat those two prices as estimates rather than confirmed numbers.
How These AI Agents for B2B Sales Prospecting Work
1. All-in-one platforms (Apollo.io and Parallel AI)
Firstly, Apollo.io and Parallel AI each keep your contact list, your outreach tool and your activity history in one place. Because everything sits in one place, you don't need to connect separate tools together, so setup takes less time and less work. The trade-off, however, is that if a lead isn't already in that vendor's database, you can't reach them until you add their details yourself.
2. Enrichment tools (Clay)
Similarly, Clay fills in a lead's missing details, like their email or job title, by pulling from other data sources automatically. It checks each lead against multiple data providers, one after another, and stops as soon as one provider has the details. It also lets you run an AI research step on each lead, so you can ask it to find something specific, like a lead's recent job change.
3. Outbound tools (Instantly, Smartlead, 11x.ai and Artisan)
To begin with, Instantly and Smartlead send your outreach emails. They rotate your emails across many inboxes, so a spam filter doesn't flag you for sending too many emails from one address. They also handle replies landing in your inbox. However, they are built for sending, so you mostly bring your own list of leads and their contact details.
By contrast, 11x.ai and Artisan do the full job themselves. In other words, they find your leads, write the outreach messages, send them, handle replies and book the meeting directly on your calendar. As a result, you don't need to bring a lead list or write a single message yourself.
4. CRM-built agents (Salesforce Agentforce and HubSpot Breeze)
Unlike the other groups, Agentforce and Breeze don't run as separate tools. Instead, both run inside your CRM. Say a new lead comes in. Then the agent sees that new record right away and acts on it, without you opening a separate app.
The agent also uses your CRM's existing permissions. So, if a salesperson can't see a certain lead in your CRM, the agent won't act on that lead for them either. The limit, though, is that if a lead isn't in your CRM yet, the agent can't see it, so you'd need to add that lead first.
Reviews of the 9 AI Agents for B2B Sales Prospecting
1. Apollo.io
An all-in-one platform with its own contact database.
Apollo.io keeps your contact list, your outreach tool and your phone dialer in one place. In fact, Apollo's own site lists 240 million contacts and 30 million companies. You can narrow that list using over 65 filters, like a lead's job title, company size, or whether they've recently shown interest in buying a product like yours.
What it does
- Finds leads using over 65 filters, including job title, company size and buying signals
- Sends outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn, with an AI tool that drafts the email for you
- Also calls leads with a built-in dialer that records the call and logs it to your CRM automatically
- Syncs both directions with Salesforce and HubSpot, and adds a Chrome extension for finding leads on any webpage
Price: about $49 to $119 per user per month, billed yearly, depending on your plan (third-party estimate). In addition, extra actions, like exporting a list or revealing a phone number, use separate credits on top of your plan price.
Best for: small-to-mid teams who want one tool instead of separate data and outreach tools.
2. Clay
A tool that fills in your leads' missing details.
Clay checks a lead's details against more than 150 outside data providers, one after another, until it finds a match. You can also ask Clay's AI to research something specific about a lead, like their recent job change, which costs extra on top of your normal plan price.
Clay charges two ways. First, you pay for the outside data it pulls in. Second, you separately pay for each task Clay's AI runs for you. Meanwhile, every plan lets you add as many team members as you want, at no extra cost per person.
What it does
- Checks each lead against 150+ outside data providers until it finds a match
- Runs AI research on a lead when you ask it to, for an extra cost
- Connects to other tools automatically, and syncs to your CRM on the Growth plan and above
Price: free plan available. Paid plans start at $185 per month, or $167 per month if you pay yearly. Larger plans start at $495 per month, and enterprise pricing is custom.
Best for: above all, technical teams who want to build their own custom process for finding and verifying lead data.
3. Instantly
A tool for sending high-volume cold email.
Instantly charges you based on how many emails you send, not how many people on your team use it. Every plan gives you unlimited email accounts and unlimited access to Instantly's warmup tool, which sends test emails between accounts to build up a good sending reputation before you start real outreach. However, Instantly's lead database and its CRM both cost extra, on top of your outreach plan.
What it does
- Keeps your emails out of spam folders, using a shared warmup network that builds sending reputation
- Spreads your outreach across multiple servers and IP addresses on the Light Speed plan
- Finds leads from a database of 450 million or more B2B leads, billed separately from your outreach plan
- Drafts and handles replies with its AI Reply Agent, either with your approval or on its own
Price: Growth plan at $47 per month, Hypergrowth at $107 per month and Light Speed at $358 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom, and lead data costs extra on every plan.
Best for: teams sending high email volume who don't want to pay more as they add team members.
4. Smartlead
A tool for sending high-volume outreach across many inboxes.
Like Instantly, Smartlead sends your outreach from every mailbox you connect to it. It rotates which mailbox sends each email, so no single address sends too many emails and gets flagged as spam. Every reply then lands in one inbox, so you don't check each mailbox separately. Smartlead also finds leads through SmartProspect, its add-on lead finder, which adds them straight into your outreach list.
What it does
- Connects unlimited mailboxes, and warms up each one automatically before you start sending real outreach
- Lets other tools connect to Smartlead directly through its API and webhooks
- Offers dedicated sending infrastructure and inbox-placement testing through separate add-ons
- Lets agencies run outreach for their own clients under their own brand, with white-labelling at $29 per client workspace per month
Price: $39 to $379 per month, depending on your plan, and paying yearly saves 17%.
Best for: teams who want to run their own dedicated outreach setup instead of sharing infrastructure with other companies.

5. 11x.ai
Two AI agents that replace an outbound and an inbound sales rep.
11x.ai runs two separate AI agents. Alice handles outbound outreach, while Julian handles inbound calls and chat. In addition, 11x.ai sets up and manages your sending mailboxes for you, including warming up each one, so your team doesn't need to set any of that up.
What it does
- Alice finds leads, researches them, and reaches out by email, LinkedIn, phone and text message
- Julian answers inbound calls and chat messages, then routes each lead to the right person on your team
- Additionally, sends outreach in 105 or more languages on the Pro plan
- Syncs both directions with your CRM, and Enterprise plans add custom integrations, single sign-on and a custom data processing agreement
Price: annual contract required. Alice's Growth plan starts at $3,750 per month, for up to 5 users and 2,000 new leads per month. Julian's Voice plan starts at $5,333 per month, and Julian's Chat plan at $2,417 per month. Pro and Enterprise pricing is custom.
Best for: funded teams with budget to replace a full outbound sales rep with AI.
6. Artisan
An AI sales rep that runs your entire outbound process.
Artisan's AI rep, Ava, finds your leads, researches them, sends outreach, handles replies and books the meeting. Artisan has since launched Ava 2.0, and its site lists a database of 250 million or more verified B2B contacts.
What it does
- First, enriches each lead's email and phone number from 22 or more data sources
- Writes each outreach message individually for that lead, instead of using one template for everyone
- Tests different subject lines, message structures, calls-to-action and tones against each other continuously, so it keeps improving your reply rate over time
- Connects to your CRM and can import data from your data warehouse, and you set rules for when a human gets pulled in
Price: custom pricing, based on how much you use it. Artisan doesn't publish a price list, and some third-party estimates put it between $2,000 and $5,000 per month, which Artisan hasn't confirmed.
Best for: small teams who want a ready-to-use AI sales rep with little setup.
7. Parallel AI
One platform for outreach, follow-ups and inbound conversations.
Overall, Parallel AI runs your lead generation, outreach and follow-ups from one platform. It also puts AI agents on your website that answer visitors by chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email and voice.
What it does
- Finds leads when you describe your ideal customer in plain English, verifies each contact, then syncs the list to your CRM
- Runs outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, voice and direct mail
- Then follows up with leads automatically, and books meetings on your calendar
- Connects to over 1,500 other tools, offers custom n8n nodes, and includes full API and MCP access on every plan
Price: Starter at $29 per month ($24 billed yearly) with a 7-day free trial, Entrepreneur at $119 per month ($99 billed yearly) and Business at $356 per month ($297 billed yearly). Enterprise pricing is custom.
Best for: small-to-mid teams who want outreach and inbound conversations handled by one tool.
8. Salesforce Agentforce
AI agents built directly into Salesforce.
Agentforce runs AI agents inside your existing Salesforce setup. As a result, it acts on your Salesforce records directly, using the automation and data tools your Salesforce org already has. Salesforce charges you for every action an agent takes, so the more your agents do, the more you pay.
What it does
- Runs agents on your CRM data, with each standard action costing 20 Flex Credits
- Lets you pay $2 per conversation instead, for agents that talk directly with your customers
- Finally, gives you a running total of what your team has spent, so you can track spending across teams and use cases
Price: Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000 credits. Alternatively, you can pay per conversation, or per user, with add-ons for Sales or Service from $125 per user per month.
Best for: large companies already running Salesforce, who want their AI agents built into the CRM they already use.
9. HubSpot Breeze
An AI agent that finds and recommends leads inside HubSpot.
Lastly, the Breeze Prospecting Agent researches companies, finds contacts at those companies and writes a draft outreach message for each one, all inside HubSpot. On April 14, 2026, HubSpot changed how it charges for this: instead of usage-based credits, you now pay only when the agent actually recommends a lead worth reaching out to.
What it does
- Flags leads showing buying signals first, and lets you cap how many leads it recommends per month, according to third-party reports
- Runs on HubSpot's Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise plans, according to HubSpot's announcement
Price: $1 per lead the agent recommends for outreach, paid through HubSpot Credits on top of your existing Sales Hub subscription. In other words, you don't pay for every lead it researches.
Best for: teams already running their sales process inside HubSpot.

How Data Rules Work in the GCC, UK, EU and USA
Before you switch on any AI agents for B2B sales prospecting, check the data rules in each region you sell to. Gravity Base doesn't give legal advice, so please confirm your situation with a qualified lawyer in each region.
UAE data rules
The UAE's federal data protection law has applied since January 2, 2022. Under this law, you need a lead's permission before you contact them, unless a specific exception applies.
However, the UAE hasn't finalised all the detailed rules under this law yet, and legal sources disagree on when they will fully apply. So, check with a UAE-licensed lawyer for the current status before you rely on any specific date.
Two areas inside the UAE also run their own separate data laws: the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). If your business operates inside either zone, its own law applies to you instead of the UAE's federal law.
Saudi Arabia (KSA) data rules
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law has applied fully since September 14, 2024. Under this law, you can't send a lead advertising material by email or post unless they've already given you permission.
Moreover, if you store or process Saudi leads' data outside Saudi Arabia, the transfer must meet the law's conditions first. One way to do that is by using SDAIA's standard contractual clauses, a pre-approved agreement for such transfers.
USA data rules
Two laws apply to US outreach: CAN-SPAM and California's CPRA. First, under CAN-SPAM, you can email someone without asking first. But every email needs accurate sender information, your real physical address and a working unsubscribe link that you actually honour.
The FTC, the US agency that enforces this law, states that it makes no exception for business-to-business email. In fact, breaking it can cost up to $53,088 for each email sent in violation, not per campaign.
California's CPRA adds another layer. If a lead lives in California, their business contact information is also protected under this law, even though it's a work email and not a personal one.
UK data rules
UK law lets you email a company's general marketing address without asking permission first. Once you're contacting a named person, like a specific manager by name and email, the rule changes. Also, a sole trader or a small partnership counts as an individual under this law, so you can't treat them the same as a company.
Therefore, to email a named person, you need a valid reason under UK GDPR. For example, most companies use "legitimate interest", meaning you believe the person would reasonably expect to hear from you. You need to write down why you believe that before you send the email, not after.
Since February 5, 2026, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 lets the UK's data regulator, the ICO, fine a company up to £17.5 million, or 4% of its total global revenue, whichever is higher. Importantly, this applies when a company breaks the UK's email marketing rules, not just its data protection rules.
EU data rules
Across the EU, you can usually email a company using "legitimate interest" as your reason, the same approach that works in the UK. But each EU country sets its own extra rules on top of this, and some are much stricter than others.
Germany is one of the strictest. German competition law treats an email sent without the recipient's permission as an unreasonable nuisance, even when you're emailing a business contact. So the "legitimate interest" reason that works in most of the EU doesn't protect you in Germany, and you need permission before you email there.
How You Should Contact Leads by Region
In the USA and UK, cold email still reaches the most leads at scale. Phone calls and LinkedIn messages support that email outreach, rather than replacing it.
In the GCC, on the other hand, selling relies more on personal relationships, and WhatsApp plays a real part in that. A 2019 survey by Northwestern University in Qatar found that 75% of nationals surveyed across seven countries, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, used WhatsApp. LinkedIn is also a common first point of contact with a new lead in the region.
WhatsApp works differently from email or LinkedIn, though. You can't message someone on WhatsApp cold, the way you can send a cold email. Meta's rules require the lead to opt in before you message them first. Even once a lead opts in, you can only start a new conversation using a message template Meta has approved. Then, after the lead replies, you get 24 hours to send free-form replies. In addition, calling a lead on WhatsApp needs its own separate permission.
Because of these rules, use WhatsApp only after a lead has already agreed to hear from you, not as your first point of contact. Get that agreement first, through a web form, an event signup or a LinkedIn conversation, and then move the conversation to WhatsApp.
How Gravity Base Sets Up AI Agents for B2B Sales Prospecting
Gravity Base sets up AI agents for B2B sales prospecting for teams in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the USA. As part of that setup, we handle three things: capturing a lead's consent to be contacted, keeping your do-not-contact list synced across every tool, and making sure every agent's activity is saved back to your CRM automatically.
If you need an agent built from scratch, our team builds custom AI solutions that connect directly to your CRM and your other business systems, like the automated quotation generator we built using Claude and MCP. Once an agent is built, we put it into daily use and keep watching it afterwards, so you find out immediately if something breaks.
If you want a chatbot that talks to leads directly inside Salesforce or HubSpot, see our AI chatbot development services instead. And for more ideas on what agents can take off your team's plate, read our agentic AI examples and these repetitive tasks you can automate with AI.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best AI agent for B2B sales prospecting in 2026?
It depends on your setup. Apollo.io suits one-tool teams, while Clay suits custom enrichment. Likewise, Instantly or Smartlead suit high-volume email, and 11x.ai or Artisan run the whole outbound process. If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot, start with Agentforce or Breeze.
How do AI SDR agents differ from traditional sales automation?
For one thing, a basic sequencer sends the same pre-written message to every lead. In contrast, an AI sales rep, like 11x.ai's Alice or Artisan's Ava, picks leads, researches each one, writes a unique message, handles replies and books the meeting.
Which AI agent works best with Salesforce?
Salesforce Agentforce, because it's built into Salesforce itself. Also, each standard agent action costs 20 Flex Credits, which is $0.10 from a $500 pack of 100,000 credits.
Which AI agent is best for high-volume cold email?
Instantly and Smartlead. Neither charges per team member, and both warm up unlimited email accounts automatically.
How do I integrate AI agents with existing CRM and marketing tools?
First, connect the agent to your CRM and turn on two-way sync, so every email and call is saved to the lead's record. If a tool has no built-in connector, use its API instead. Finally, keep one do-not-contact list in your CRM that every agent checks.
What are the data compliance considerations for AI prospecting in the GCC, UK and USA?
In the UK, you need a documented legitimate interest to email a named person. Saudi Arabia and the UAE generally require permission first. Meanwhile, the USA lets you email without asking, but you must honour unsubscribes. On WhatsApp, you always need opt-in first.
